ABOUT JENNIFER YAGOS, HEALTH PRACTITIONER AND OWNER OF MOTION FREEDOM, LLC
Jennifer Yagos, BSc, GCFP, PTA, has been involved in the healthcare field for several decades. Her primary experience is teaching people how to incorporate the Feldenkrais Method into their lifestyle. She recently received certification as a Distance Healing From the Core Practitioner, facilitating people to reduce pain, address emotional issues, and improve general sense of well-being.
Services are provided in the Tacoma and Olympia, Washington. She offers online group classes as well as one-on-one sessions in person or on Zoom. Phone consults for distance healing are also an option.
Jennifer is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, completing her training in 2000. She first attended Colorado State University, studying occupational therapy and sports medicine. She discovered the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education in 1995 and was intrigued by the Method’s whole-person approach. She began a Feldenkrais® practitioner training in 1997 at the Reese Movement Institute in California. She then went back to Colorado State University to complete her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Human Services, with an emphasis on human development from a physical, mental, and social aspect. In 2013, she earned a Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Whatcom Community College.
